ST. MORITZ – May 2015: Badrutt’s Palace Hotel celebrates summer 2015 with round-the-clock culinary highlights which run like Swiss clockwork offering the highest quality at every minute of the day. Summer events, organised with the same precision, include the third "Musikfestival Badrutt’s Palace", the annual "Via Serlas Summerfest" and a new exciting international show jumping event, the 4-star CSI St. Moritz.

Starting off the day with gourmet for early birds - guests are invited to join Andrea Panatti, "Chesa Veglia"’s chef de cuisine, on an unforgettable early morning fishing trip to one of the crystal clear Engadin mountain lakes. (Mondays at 6.00 a.m.: 29th June, 13th and 27th July, 10th and 24th August 2015). Keen anglers can also book the »Early Fish« Package to reel in the best catch of the day. The package, from $ 1’457.00 US (for one person), comprises a two-night stay in a Superior Room, the fishing outing, all necessary equipment, angler’s packed lunch and two dinners. After the six hour fishing trip where Panatti shares insider tips and knowledge, the chef resumes his role in the kitchen to prepare a surprise dish for his fellow anglers with the freshly caught fish.

The next culinary delight around the Badrutt’s Palace Hotel clock is the delightful Sunday Brunch taking place from 10.30 a.m. to 3.00 p.m. on 12th and 19th July 2015 followed by each Sunday in August. Guests can while away a lazy summer Sunday enjoying the beautiful sunshine and views with a gourmet brunch buffet on the spacious terrace of "Chesa Veglia", accompanied by live music.

Lunch taken outdoors on one of the hotel’s terraces is the best way to enjoy the stunning panoramas of glistening Lake St. Moritz and the Engadin Alps. The choice is the hardest part - the sun deck by the pool, the main terrace of "Le Grand Hall", the "Chesa Veglia" sun terrace in the heart of the village or tables on the terrace of our "Palace Wellness" restaurant "La Diala", where from noon to 3.00 p.m., Sushi & Sashimi specialities are served daily until 4th September 2015 and sumptuous Grill Delights are served daily until 6th September 2015.

Moving on to mid afternoon, Badrutt’s Palace Hotel serves Traditional High Tea in ›Le Grand Hall‹ from 4.00 to 6.00 p.m. daily until 6th September, with savoury finger sandwiches, homemade sweet pastries, scones and a choice of loose-leaf teas. Another summer season highlight not to be missed in "Le Grand Hall" is the famous Palace Chocolate Cult, every afternoon from 7th to 9th August where guests can sample the Chef Patissier’s chocolate creations in every shape and form.

As the Engadin sun sets behind the breathtaking mountains the culinary heat is turned up. The “Palace Gourmet Safari” daily from 17th to 19th July 2015 (available on request only) is a delicious culinary adventure where each course is taken in a different location of the hotel. The Palace Chef’s Table experience also takes place from 17th to 19th July. Our team of chefs invite guests to an exclusive dinner event set out at a table in the main kitchen so that diners can be mid-action watching their culinary delights being prepared.

A new exclusive in St. Moritz for equestrian enthusiasts is the stunning world class horse jumping event CSI **** St. Moritz from 26th to 29th August 2015 on the Polo meadow, St. Moritz Bad. The first St. Moritz CSI (Concours de Saut International) comprises a 4-star and 2-star prize category, increasing to the ultimate 5-star level in 2016. For the first time the top riders and young talents of the international equestrian sports come together on top of the world for a thrilling event which will be the highest ever location for a CSI in Europe.

Pure Mozart is the theme of the 3rd "Musikfestival Badrutt's Palace" which takes place from 28th to 29th August 2015. The "Sinfonia Amadei" Orchestra and conductor Lukas Christian Reinitzer are performing Mozart’s glorious symphonies on historical instruments in the Embassy Ballroom for this two-day festival for local residents and hotel guests.

As befits a mid-summer highlight, and the perfect way to soak up the summer atmosphere in St. Moritz, the hotel is hosting the "Via Serlas Summerfest" on 2nd August 2015 in cooperation with the exclusive boutiques in the Palace Galerie. The shortest luxury shopping mile Via Serlas, is transformed into an outdoor party venue with entertainment for all the family, music and a variety of sumptuous buffets.
